Tne practice

一 ImmersionDissolve the soak in warm bath water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. For those with a tub.

二 FootDissolve in a warm foot vessel. Same mineral quality, same intention. No tub required.

三 ExfoliationWet a small amount to form a paste. Apply to skin in gentle circles. Rinse. A shower ritual for when the bath is not available.
